A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO '!'HE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR !'lOAn AiID PURT,TC lJ'l'TT.T'f'Y PIIRPO!'WS
WHEREAS, the City Counell of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
public purposes, to wit~ An easement for road Imd public
for

; and
WHEREAS, the owner~ of said property ha~ offered to sell
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City ,of Anaheim to
accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the

situated in the City of' Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Calif-
ornia, to be 1J.sed for road and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows~

An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under, along,
across and through all that certain real property in the City 01'
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, being a portion of
the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 22, Town-
ship 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M. described as followS1
PARCEL 11 The North 50.00 feet and the West 40.00 feet of the fol-
lowing described parcell Beginning at the Northwest corner 01' the
North half of the West half of the Northwest quarter of the North-
east quarter of Section 22, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B.& ~;
thence Southerly along the Westerly line thereof 240.00 feet; thence
Easterly parallel to the Northerly line thereof 150.00 feet; thence
Northerly parallel to the Westerly line thereof 240.00 feet to the
Northerly line of said North half of the West half of the Northwest

Section 22 and also tangent to a line parallel with and distant
Southerly 50.00 feet measured at right angles from the North line
of the Northeast quarter of said Section 22.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that tte City Treasurer of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, s.uthorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim, the
sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
