A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING AN AGREEMENT
TO BE MADE AND ENTERED INTO BY AND BETWEEN THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AND THE ANAHEIM LEGION JUNIOR
BASEBALL TOURNAMENT RELATING TO THE OPERATION
OF A CONCESSION STAND AT LA PALMA PARK.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Legion Junior Baseball Tournament
has begun or is about to begin, its annual tournament at La
Palma Park; and
WHEREAS, it has been the practice in the past years
for the City of Anaheim to grant concession rights to said
Anaheim Junior Baseball Tournament at said La Palma Park;
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the City enter into an agreement
with the Anaheim Legion Junior Baseball Tournament for the
operation of a concession at La Palma Park, said agreement
setting forth the terms, conditions, covenants and considera-
tion thereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said agreement for and in behalf of the City of
Anaheim in the manner and form and upon the terms and
conditions as set forth in the agreement hereto attached
and made a part hereof,
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION IS SIGNED AND APPROVED BY
