WHEREAS, public convenienoe and necetsityrequire
the construction, comnlet'"on b.nd f'u:.intenance of a public
improvement within the City of Anaheim, to wit: A public
parkin~ lot for the Darking of motor vehicles; and
WH&qEAS, the City Council does find and determine
that pUblic interest and necessity require the acquisition
of all that certain raal property herein (i.escribed by the
City of Anaheim for the construction, improveme~t and main-
tenance as a public parkin~: lot or area for the parking of
motor vehicles;

NOW, TI1EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that public interest
and necessity require the acquisition of thrt certain real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, more particularly described as follows,
to wit:
PARCEL 1. The westerly 100.00 feet of Town Lot Num-
ber 27 of Original Anaheim, in the city of Anaheim,
county of Orange, state of California, ,as per map
recorded in book 4, pages 629 and 630 of Deeds of
Los Angeles County, California.
PARCEL 2. The easterly 40.00 feet of Town Lot
Number 27 of Original Anaheim, in the city of Anaheim,
county of Orange, state of California, as per map
recorded in book 4, pages 629 and 630 of Deeds of
Los Angeles County, California
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council does
hereby find and determine that public interest and necessity
require the acquisition of said le\nd by the City of Anaheim
for the construction, c02Dletion and maintenance of the afore-

property be acquired by the Oi ty of Anaheim, and the Oity
Attorney of the Cit;,' of AnE.heim is hereby directed to insti-
tute an action in eminent doma:l.n for the aequisi tion of the
title to said property, ana to perform and carry out all of
the necessary proceedings and steps incident to the acquisition
of the title to said property and to obtaining posession thereof.
