An easement ror road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Southerly 40 reet or
that portion or the West 1/2 or the sat or the
Swf or Section 17, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
S.B.B.& M., located in the City or Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of Calirornia, described as rollows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner or the wi of the
SEt or the sWi of said Section 17, thence Westerly
along the South line of said Section 17,.a distance
of 105 feet to the true point of beginning; thence
Northerly parallel with the.West line of the SEt of
the Swf or said Section 17 a distance or 210 reet;
thence, Westerly parallel with the South line of the
SEt of the swt of said Section 17 a. distance of 112
feet; thence Southerly parallel with the West line
or the said SEt or the swt of Section 17, a distance
of 210 feet to the South line or sa.id Section 17;
thence Easterly along said South line 112 feet to the
true point of beginning.
The Northerly B reet or the Southerly 40 reet of the
above described easement is to be used ror pedestrian
purposes only, except those portions used for driveway
approaches to the above described property.
