cated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange.
State of California. described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the wi of
the SEt of the sWi of said Section 17, thence
Northerly along the East line of said West i,
210 feet. thence Westerly parallel to the South
line of said West t. 10$ feet. thence Southerly
parallel with the East line of said West t, 210,
