A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEHi CHANGING T1HE NAfilE OF THE
SPECIAL FUND KNOWN AS "lvlE'l1ER DEPOSIT TRUST
FUND" TO I'CITY OF ANAHEHi DEPOSITORS'
TRUST FUND, n
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
1. That there is no.v in exis tence a fund known as
"Meter Deposit Trust Fund";
Ci ty of Anilheim
2. That the/name of s8.id "Meter Deposit Trust Fund"
is hereby changed to "Depositors' Trust Fund";
J. That a commercial account shall be opened with
the Anaheim Branch of the California Bank which shall be known
as IICity of Anaheim Depositors' Trust Fund";
4. That all moneys hereafter deposited with the Fi-
nance Department as security for the pa;yment of any 6harges made
by the City of Anaheim, shall be deposited in said account known
as "City of AnaheiJp Depositors' Trust Fund";
5. That moneys in said account known as "City of
Anaheim Depositors' Trust Fund" may be v"ithdrmin from said
account by the Mayor and Finance Director of the City of Anaheim
and disbursed as follows:
(a) When any account, for which any deposit has been
made, has been closed, and all moneys due thereon
have been paid, the amount of such denosit shall
be delivered to the :0erson entitled thereto;
(b) When any amount for "hich deposit has been made,
has become delinquent, so much of such deposit
as is necessery to cover the amount of delinquency
shall be delivered to the said Finance Depart-
ment;
(c) When any amount for which any deposit has been
made, has been closed, and the person entitled
to the return of such deposit or any balance
thereof remaining, fails to claim the same, the
arr~unt thereof shall be delivered into the
General Fund of the City of Anaheim upon the
direction of said City Council.
(d) That all funds nOH in the Heter Deposit Trust
Fund shall remain or be placed in the City of
Anaheim Deqosi tors I Trust Fund.
