An easement f'or road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Westerly 50 feet of' that parcel of
land located in the City of' Anaheim, County of' Orange, State of'
Calif'ornia, described as f'ollows:
That portion of' Lot 4 of' the South Placentia Tract #2,
as shown on a map f'iled in Book 5, page 42, of' Miscellaneous Maps,
in the of'f'ice of' the County Recorder of' Orange County, Calif'ornia.
Beginning at a point 478.25 f'eet North of the Southwest
corner of' said Lot 4, and running thence Northerly along the West
line of' said Lot, 120 f'eet; thence, Easterly parallel with the
North line of' said Lot to a point which is distant 215 f'eet
Easterly, as measured along said parallel line or the extension
