57R-4003 - - RESOUJTION NO. 4003 r-. , A RESOLUTION OF THE CITX COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING A TEN- TATIVE MAP OF TRACT NO. 2903 ON SPE- CIAL CONDITIONS. WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did heretofore, to wit, on June 17, 1957. approve the tentative map of Tract No. 2903, submitted by Hintz Construction Company, s~bject to certain specified conditions; and ~~EREAS. an appeal was filed with the City Council pro- testing one of the conditions imposed by the Planning Commission as a requirement for the approval of said tentative tract map; namely, that the SU9divider erect a solid 6-footmasonry wall on the Bouth side of "I'. Douglas' property and on the east side of Mr. Vandenberg's property, with a chain link fence ext~nding northward along the west side of the flood control channel to the railroad tracks; and WHEREAS, after due investigation and studies and after careful consideration of the recommendations of the City Planning Commission and the City Engineer. the City Council does find that the tentative map of Tract No. 2903 should be approved subject to thef01Tc>wingconditibrfs: 1. The payment of $25.00 per lot for the acquisi~ion of park and recreation sites. 2. That the location of the present irrigation lines be left as presently located with no interruption of service to the properties now being served at the west. north and south. 3. That the subdivider erect a solid six-foot masonry wall on the south side of Mr. Douglas' property. 4. That the subdivider erect a retaining wall as re- quired where there is fill. 5. That the subdivider erect a chain link fence on the east side of Mr. Vandenberg's property and on the west side of the flood control channel extending northerly to the railroad tracks. 6. Engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the tentative map of Tract No. 2903. this day submitted to the City Council by Hintz Construction Company, be and the same is hereby approved, subject to the six conditions here- inabove set forth. r- THE FOP~GOING RESOLUTION is 23rd of July. 1957.
