Orange, State of California, described as follows:

the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of
the Northwest quarter of Section 14, Township 4
South, Range 11 West, S,B.B.&M.
Excepting therefrom those portions conveyed to the
State of California by deed recorded June 9, 1955
