A RESOLUTION OF' THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ABARE:;::! FIlIDINJ. AND DETERlHNING
THAT A CHANGE OF ZONE SHOULD NOT BE
GRANTED IN A CERTAIN &~EA OF THE CITY
HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City
of Anaheim did fix a time and plece for the holding of a
public hearing to consider a proposed change in the boundaries
of the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described, in
the manner and as prescribed in Article IX, Chapter 2 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code, and did duly hold and conduct such
public hearing, and did receive evidence and reports from
persons interested therein; and
WREF~AS, within a period of forty (40) days following
the hearing thereon, the Planning Comjnission did duly announce
by formal resolution its findings of facts, but made no recom-
mendation as to the proposed change in the boundaries of the
zone or zones hereinc,fter mentioned and described; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of the report and recommenda-
tion of the City Planning Commission, the City Council did
thereupon fix the 16th day of July, 1957 as the time and the
Council Chamber in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim as
the ploce for a public he[;:--ln:<; Ulon se_id proposed change of
zone anet did give notice tl,ereo:~ in the illLcnner and as provided
in said Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal COde;
and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did duly hold and conduct such pUblic
hearing and did give all persons interested therein as oppor-
tunity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports; and
WREHEAS, the City CounciJ_ does find and determine
that the property and area proposed to be changed from the
zone in which it is now situated to a different zone as here-
inafter set forth is !!lore sui tab~_e for the zone in which it is

of the City of Ane,heirr:. that all of the property and area si tu-
ated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, described as follows, to wit:
Lots 16, 17, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28,
and 29 of Tract 1607 in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, as
shown on a map recorded in Book 81, Pages
1 and 2, of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office
of the County Recorder of said Orange County.
