A RESOLUTION OF' THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A DEED OF
EASEMENT OVER CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR
DRAINAGE PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
is desirous of obtaining an easement for drainage pur-
poses over the hereinafter described real property; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is for the
benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to
accept the offer of MAGNOLIA SCHOOL DISTRICT, a dUly or-
ganized and existing School District of the County of
Orange, State of California, to grant such easement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the offer of Magnolia School
District of Orange County, California, to grant to the
City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to wit:
South 1/2 of south-east 1/4 of north-east 1/4,
Section 13, Township 4 S, Range 11 W., SBB&M.
for the drainage of surface water from streets
to be constructed on that certain real property
designated as the East ten (10) acres of the
North 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast
1/4 of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 11 West,
S.B.B.&M. Said easement to be granted to the City
of Anaheim upon the following conditions:
1. That the facility for said drainage purposes
shall be provided by the City of Anaheim, ata
location meeting with the approval of the Board
of Trustees of Magnolia School District.
2. That the design of such facility and the size
and extent thereof shall meet with the approval of
the said Board of Trustees.
3. A drainage well will be constructed large enough
to take care of all summer run-off water.
4. A sidewalk entrance shall be built in the proposed
tract to the school property.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a
conveyance of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and she is hereby, authorized to pay
to the owner of said real property the sum of $1.00 out of
the General Funds of the City of Anaheim.
