RESOLUTION NO. 3942

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
is desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real
property for public purposes; and
liHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the
City of Anaheim to accept the offer of Crescent Southern
Baptist Church of Anaheim, California to sell said real
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the offer of Crescent Southern
Baptist Church of Anaheim, California to sell to the Oi ty of
Anaheim the following described real property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be
used for public purposes, and more particularly described as
follows:
An undivided 2/40 interest in and to one
fourth of an acre of land in the form of
a square situated in the Northeast corner
of the North 10 acres of the West one-half
of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast
quarter of Section 7, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, S.B.B.&M.
More particularly described as: The Norther-
ly 104.36 feet of the Easterly 104.35 feet of
the West one-half of the Southwest quarter of
the Northeast quarter of said Section 7.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a
conveyance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Director
of the City of Anaheim be, and she is hereby, authorized to
pay to the owners of said real property, out of General Funds
of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One and nO/100 Dollars ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me
this 11th day of June, 1957.
