An easement ror road and incidental purposes over the
east 30 reet of that portion of the south haIr of the
northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of section 12,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan
Oajon de Santa. Ana, county of Orange, State or Calirornia,
as per map recorded in book 51 page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps,
in the orfice of the county recorder of said county, lying
north of the right of way of the Anaheim Union Water Company,
as described in decree rendered by the Superior Court of Orange
Gounty, California, on February 29, 1916, a certiried copy of
which is recorded in book 281 page 126 of Deeds of said Orange
County, desoribed as follows:
Beginning at a point on the east line of said northeast one-
quarter, distant thereon South 00 081 1011 West 887.49 feet from
the north quarter corner of said section 12; thence North
890 51' 5011 West 148.24 feet; thence South 560 27' 20" West
40.29 feet; thence South 00 08' 1011 West 88.68 feet to the
Anaheim Union Water Company pipe line as in and occupied;
thence along said pipe line South 820 21' 4011 East .53.32 feet;
thenc~ South 880 58' 2011 East 74.89 feet; thence North 76027'1511
East 55.60 feet to said east line of the northeast one-quarter;'
thence North 00 08' 10" East 106.00 feet along said east line
to the point of beginning;
