An easement for road and incidental purposes over the
east 30 feet of that portion of the northeast quarter
of the northwest quarter of section 12, Township 4 south,
Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana,
county of Orange, state of California, as per map recorded
in book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office
of the county recorder of said county, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the east line of said northeast
quarter of the northwest quarter, distant thereon South 00
08' 10" West 1079.21 feet from the north quarter corner of
said section 12; thence North 890 511 50" West 230 feet;
thence North 00 08' 1011 East 87.05 feet to the Anaheim Union
Water Company pipe line as in an occupied; thence following
said pipe line South 820 211 4011 East 101..97 feet; thence
South 880 581 2011 East 74.89 feet; thence North 760 27' 1511
East 55.60 feet to said east line of the northeast quarter of
the northwest quarter; thence South 00 08' 10" West 85.72 feet
along said east line to the point of beginning;
