A RlLSOLUTICN OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEI~NT IN,
ON AND OVEn CEHTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
wHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
is Qesirous of constructing an electric line for conveying
electric energy for public utility purposes over the herein-
after descrieeQ real oroperty; and
WHEREAS, the Cit;y Council of the City of Anaheim
finds t~~t it is for the benefit and best interest of the
City o~ Ananeim to accept the offer of AI~CTURIUS, INC.,
URSA Hml,ES, 1:1C., TAURUS HOMES, INC., and SIRIUS, IlIiC. to
grant such easements.
NOW, rrHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
0::' tHe City of Anaheim that tne offer of ARCTURIUS, INC., a
California corooration, URSA HOv~S, INC., a California corpora-
tion, 'I'AURUS HQl.1ES, INC., a CalHornis, corporation, and SIRIUS,
INC., a California corporation, to grant to the City of Anaheim,
its successors and assigns, tne right to construct, use, main-
tain, alter, add to, repair, replace, and/or remove, an electric
line, consistil1{' of poles, necessary guys and anchors, cross-
arms, ,vires ana. otnel' fixtures and appliances, for conveying
electric energy to be used for light, heat, power, telephone
anQ/or other purposes, in, on anCl over the following described
real propel'ty 8i tuated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California:
Said easements are described as follows:
Those portions of Lots 1 to 95, inclusive, of
Tract 2450,' clesigna ted end delineated on the map of
saio Tract as oublic utility easements.
ALSO:
The east five (5 ) feet of Lots 2, 5 and 79.
The west five (5 ) feet of Lots J, 4 and 80.
The nor th :'ive (5 ) fee's of Lots 19, 45, 50 and 75.
'The south five (5 ) feet of Lots 18, 49 and 76.
The north five (5 ) feet of the east thirty (JO)
