57R-3905 - r RESOLUTION NO. 3905 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A VARIANCE. (NO. 733) WHEREAS, the City Plpnning Commission of the City of Ana- heim did receive a petition from the property owner 8 and/or A~ent of certain real propert~ situated in the City of naheim, County of Orange, State of ;alifornia, described as follows: The Northeast quarter (NEt) of the Southeast quarter (SEt) of the Southwest quarter (SWI) of Seetion 22, ~ownship 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B.&M. EXCEPTING therefrom the South 250 feet. AND WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a pub- lic hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said peti- tion on ADril 22, 1957 , notices of which said pUblic hearings were duly given as required by law and the provisions of Seetion 9200.17 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investiga- tion and studies made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, did adopt its Resolution No. 210 , recommending to the City Coun- cil of the City of Anaheim that Variance No. 733 be granted upon the conditions stated in said resolution; and WHEREAS, the City Council does find that: 1. There are exceptional or extraordinar~ circum- stances or conditions applicable to the property involved or to the intenden use of the property that do not apply generally to the property or class of use in the same vicinity and zone. 2. That such a variance is necessary for the pre- servation and enjoyment of R substantial property right possessed by other propertJ in the same vicinity and zone and denied to the property in question. ,'-- 3. That the granting of such ~r~riance will not be materially detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to the property or improvements in sueh vicinity and zone in which the property is located. 4. That the granting of such variance will not ad- versely affect the comprehensive general zoning plan. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Cit)' of Anaheim that a conditional zonlng variance be, and the same is hereby granted to George King and Lloyd Hobbs, 2)00 SO~~A Union Street, Bakersfield, California, to ereet a motel, resta~t aDd bar on the property hereinabove described, subject to the ti~ow- iog conditions: ~ -1- - '~, ,.,--, 1. That the proposed development be oonstruoted in acoordance with plans submitted to the City Council and on file with the City. 2. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim be complied with as required by the City Engineer.
