WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
is desirous of 0urchasinR the hereinafter described real
prODerty for 0ublic purposes, to wit: An easement for
road and nubIle utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds tnE..t it is for the benefit and best interest of the
C i tJ' of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real
