WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is

WHEREAS, the City Council of theCi ty of Anaheim finds
that it is fOr tne benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Southerly 50 feet, as measured at
right angles from the Center line of East Center Street,
of that parcel of land located in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Thc"t portion of lot 7 of Anaheim Extension as shown on
a Map Of-Survey by William Hamel in 1868 and aoknowledged by
Alfred Robinson, trustee, recorded in Los Angeles County,

Beginning at a bolt marking the intersection of Placentia
Boulevard and Center Street, and running thence along the
center line of said Center Street, South 740 37'30" West

center line of said Placentia Boulevardj thence along said
