A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT peED CONVEYING

FOR AN aASSME!NTFOR ROAD AND PU~!C
U~ILtTY PURPOSES.
WHBREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described ~eal property
for public purposes, to wi tl An easement for road and public
ut~lt~ DurD9se~ ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real propertyo

over, under and across the Northerly 40 feet of that
parcel of lane. located in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, state of California, described as follows:
The Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of the
Southwest quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South,
Range 11 West, S.B.B.&M.
be, and the sallie is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
Ci ty of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
city of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
