JJfD REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL ITS FINDUIGS
AND RECORIIDDATIONS.
WH!REAS, the City Council did hold a public hearing
on Application for a Change of Zone No. F-56-57-65 subaitted
by Albert and Ramona Peter, requesting C~l zoning on property
located at 10412 South Euclid Avenue, in the City of Anaheim;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council did hold and conduct said
hearing and during the course there~f did find that other
property situated on each side of tije p~operty owned by said
Albert and Ramona Peter, and also p~operty to the rear of
that for which they requested recla$sification, should also
be considered for reclassification or a change of zone be-
fore any change in the zoning in said area is made.
NOitI, TlmREFORE, BE IT RESQLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it does hereby declare its in-
tention to consider for reclassification and a change of zone
the following described property situated in the City of
Anahe im:
The five (5) parcels of property located
on the Northeast corner of the intersection
of Cerritos and Euclid AVenues, comprising
an area 300 feet by 300 feet, and lying
immediately South of the property described
in reclassification No. F-56-57-65; and an
area 100 feet by 230 feet directly East of
the property described in said reclassifica-
tion; and a parcel of proper~y approximately
100 feet by 400 feet in area lying directly
North of the property described in reclas-
sification No. F-56-57-65, and which last
mentioned parcel has a frontage of approxi-
mately 100 feet on Euclid Avenue.

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Planning
Commission be, and it is hereby, requested to hold ~nd con-
duct a public hearing to consider t~e reclassification and
rezoning of the above described proRerty on the 20th day of
May, 19$7, and that it report its ftndings and recommenda-
tions to the City Council.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 7th day of May, 1957.
