WHBREAS, the Oi ty Council of the Ci -by of Anaheim is
desirous of purQhaaing the hereinafter described 'real property

that it is for the benefit and best interest of ~e City of
Anaheim to accept laid offer and purchase said real property.
An easement for road and publie utility purposes
over, under and across that parcel of land located
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, described as follows:
The Southerly 10 feet of the Northerly )0 feet of
the Westerly 90 feet of the Easterly )01 feet of
the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of
the Southwest quarter of Section 2, Township 4
South, Range 10 ~vest, S.B. B. &M.

City of Anl4heim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FORTIiER RESOLVED that the Oi ty Treasurer of the

ownen of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the SUIII of One and no/lOO Dollars ($1000).
