A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell the same, together with all appurtenances, for a valuable
consideration; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City
of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the offer of DREAM HOMES, INC., a
corporation, to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described
real property, together with all appurtenances, situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, S~ate of California, to be used
for public purposes, and more partic~larly described as follows:
Lot 28 of Tract No. 2878, as per map recorded
in Book 92, Pages 33 and 34 of Miscellaneous
Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of
Oran~ County, California,
SUBJECT to all covenants, conditions, restrictions,
reservations, rights, rights-of-way and easements
of record,
for a valuable consideration, be, and the same is hereby, aocepted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim, and that the City of
Anaheim accept a conveyance of said property.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me
this 23rd day of April, 1957.
