A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CX)UNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM Aa;;EPTING A GRANT DEED OONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF AaWmIII CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FCa AN EASBlENT POR ROAD AND PUBLI C
UTILfTY PURpOSES
WHEREAS, the Ci ty Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchaeing the hereinafter described real property
for; public purposes, to wit, An easement for read and public
Ulility ~ur~oses ; aoo
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim fioos
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real Property 0
California
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Northerly 50 feet as measured at
right angles from the Center Line of Center Street of
those parcels of land located in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as
follows:
Lots 1 and 2 as shown on a map of a part of the West
half of Lot 9 of Anaheim Extension in Rancho San Juan
Cajon de Santa Ana, in Book 1, Page 53 of Licensed
Surveyors Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of
Said Orange County,
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
Ci tv of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Ci ty Treasurer of the
Ci tv of Anaheim be, aoo he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Fuoos of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and nO/lOO Dollars ($loOO).
