WHIRBAS, the City Council of the Ci -qy of Anaheim is
desirous of purehaaing the hereinafter described irea1 property

WHlREAS, the Ci ty CQuncil of the Ci 11"1 of Anaheim finds
that it is for the~benefit and best interest of ~he City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said rda1 propertyo
An easement tor road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that p~rcel of land located
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, described as follows:
The Southerly 10 feet of the Northerly )0 teet of
the Westerly 90.25 feet of the Easterly 661.25 feet
of the Northeast Quarter of t~e Northeast Quarter of
the Southwest Quarter of Section 2; Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, S.B.B.&M.
be, am the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the city of Anaheim ac~ept a convey-
ance of said property.
