A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TtIE CITY
OF AIlHE])f APPROVING AMENDMEMT NUMBER 6 TO
THE AQ~l4T FOR MAIllTUINCi OF STATE HIGH.:::
WAY IN THE CITY OF AJlAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department
of Public Works, Oi vision of Highways, has presented Amendment Number
6 to thi:! Agreement for Maintenance of the State Highway in the City
of ADaheim., dated March 4, 1957.
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said Amendment
lfumber 6 in full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
TBIlfIFQ1tI, be it resolved by the City L;ouncil of the City
of Anaheim that aaid Amendment Number 6 is hereby approved and the
Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to sign the SaIIle on behalf of
said City.
ADOPTED this 9th day of April, 1957.
