WHBREAS, the city Council of the Ci~y of Anaheim is
qesirous of purchaaing the hereinafter described ~eal property

WHBREAS, the City Council of the Ci 1lY of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of ~e City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.

under and across those portions of Tract No. 3099
shown reserved for public utilit~ purposes on a map
of said Tract filed in Book 95, ~ages 33 and 34 of
Miscellaneous Maps in the Office of the County Recorder
of Orange County in the state of California.
Also in addition, the Southerly six (6) feet of Lot 1
of said Tract, and the Northerly six (6) feet of Lot 9
of said Tract.
