WHBR~, the Oi ty Council of the Ci trt of Anaheim is
de$irous of purohadng the hereinafter described eal property
for pl,lblic purposes, to wit, An easement for s reet ublic

WHEREAS, the City Council of the Ci ~ of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of ~e City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said r~l propertyo
An easement fOD street, publiC utilities and inci-
dental purposes, over the East 30 feet of the follow-
ing described property:
~at portion of the Northwest quarter of the North-
west quarter of Section 12, ~ownshiP4 South, Range
10 West, S.B.B.& M., in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest eorner of said Northwest
.uarter of the Northwest quarter of said Section 12;
thence North along the West line of said Section,
131.02 feet; thence East at right angle to the said
.ection line 579.71 feet; thence Northeasterly in a
direct line to a point 235.75 feet North of the South-
east corner of said Northwest quarter of the Northwest
quarter of said Section; thence South 235.75 feet to
