A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DaED OONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANA$IM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wi tl An eas~ent for road and public
utili ty purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the Ci ty Council of the Ci ty of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real propertyo
NCM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of EARL AqR and IRENE N.

erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for an easement for rf>ad and public
utili ty purposes , and more particularly described as follows I
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Northerly 50 feet, as measured
at right angles from the center line of Center Street, of
that parcel of land located in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The Northerly 220 feet of the Easterly three (3) acres
of the Westerly ten (10) acres of the North twenty (20)
acres of Lot 10 of Anaheim Extension as shown on a map
made by William Hamel in 1868 and filed for record in
the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County,
California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authOrized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
