A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPnNG A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF AHAHiIII CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASSlENTFQR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to Yiitr An easement for .!:2!d and public
uUlity purposes. . ; and
WHEREAS, the city Council of the City of Anaheim f~nds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real propertyo
NCM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Northerly 50 feet of that parcel of
land located in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, described as follows:
The Easterly 87* feet of the Northerly 277 feet of Lot 8
of Anaheim Extension as shown on a map of Survey made by
William Hamel in 1868 on file in the office of the County
Recorder of Los Angeles County, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
