A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHiIII CERTAJN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASliMENTFOR ROAD AND PUBL~C

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purcha8ing the hereinafter described real property
for public purpol;ies, to wit) An easement for rpad and public
utl1i tf purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the City CouAcil of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real propertyo
NCMI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of LOWEN V. CASEY and
Lo;TISE E. CASEY, husband and wite.

erty situated i~ the City of Anaheim, County of Qtange, State of
CalifQrnia, to be used for an easement for rpad and pUblic
ut~lity purposes , and more particularly described as 'follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Northerly SO feet of that parcel
of land located in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, described as follows:
The Northerly three hundred ()oo) feet, (measured to the
Center Line of Center Street), of Lot 4, as shown on a
map of a part of the west half of Lot 9 of Anaheim Extension,
as per map thereof filed in Book 1, PageS3 of Records of
Survey, on file in the office of the County Recorder of
said Orange County, California.
Excepting therefrom the easterly 57.45 feet.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
Ci ty of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and nO/lOO Dollars ($loOO).
