RESOLUT ION NO. 3776
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
?OR PUBLIC PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim did heretofore enter into
an escrow with Otto Idso and Emily Idso, husband and wife,
at Home Savings & Loan Association, 211 East Center Street,
Anaheim, California, f~ the purchase of the hereinafter
described real property, together with the well, pump, tank
and pumping equipment situated thereon, for public purposes;
and
WHEREAS, said Home Savings & Loan Association is
now ready to close said escrow and a deed has been prepared
conveying said property to the City of Anaheim, free and
clear of all encumbrances except all taxes for the fiscal
year 1957-58, and covenants, conditions, restrictions,
reservations, rights, rights-of-way and easements of record.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the deed conveying the following
described property situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, to wit:
That portion of the Southwest quarter of Section
2, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M.,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Easterly line of said
Southwest quarter, distant Southerly 112.00 feet
from the Northeasterly corner of said Southwest
quarter, said point being the Southeasterly cor-
ner of land described as Parcel 2 in a deed to
John W. Danenhauer and wife, recorded December 1/j-,
1955 in Book 3315, Page 595 of Official Records;
thence South 890 58' 15" West 55.70 feet, more or
less, along the Southerly line of said Parcel 2
of the Northeasterly boundary line of land de-
scribed in a deed to the State of California,
recorded July 18, 1956 in Book 3580, Page 313 of
Official Records; thence along said Northeasterly
boundary line the following bearings and distances:
South 370 48r 52" East 41.76 feet; South 890 521
55" East 30.00 feet to the Easterly line of said
Southwest quarter; thence North 00 07' 05" East
along said Easterly line 33.00 feet to the point
of beginning.

to the City of Anaheim, free and clear of all encumbrances,
except as hereinabove set forth, be, and the same is hereby,
accepted by the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said escrow holder be,
and it is hereby, authorized to deliver to said Vendo~ the
amount of the purchase price for said property heretofore de-
posited in escrow, when all conditions of said escrow have
been met and complied with.
