A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A DEED QUIT-
CLAIMING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of acquiring the hereinafter deseribad real property
for public purposes, to wit, for street improvement purposes;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City
of Anaheim tci accept a Quitclaim Deed for said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the offer of EXHIBIT HOMES, INC.,
a California cOI\poratlon, to quitclaim to the City of Anaheim
the following described real property situated in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be used for
street improvement purposes, and more particularly described
as follows:
The southerly 430 feet of Lot B in Tract 2332
as shown on map in Book 68, Pages 25-26-27 and
28 of Miscellaneous Maps on file with the
County Recorder, County of Orange, State of
California,
be and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a Quit-
claim Deed tor said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of
the City of Anaheim be, and she is hereby, authorized to pay
to the owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by
me this 2nd day of April, 1957. .~
