A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHI;IM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED OONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASijMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wi tl An easement for road and public
uUli ty purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real propertyo
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of CARL H. HERRIMAN and
HJi;LYNE A. HERRIMAN, husband and wife,
to sell to the City of (naheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County. of Orange, State of

, and more particularly desc~ibed as followsl
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that parcel of land located
io the City of Anaheim, County of Orange; State of
California, described as follows:

the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of
the Southwest Quarter of Section 2,Towoship 4

Ci ty of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no/l 00 Dollars ($1000).
