OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED OONVEYING

WHEREAS, the Oity Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property

WHEREAS, the C1 ty Council of the Ci ty of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offe~ and purchase said real propertyo
NOW, THERER)RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ROBERT S. WARNER and
ANItA. HAZEL WaNER, husband and wife.
to sell to the City of Knaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be use(:i for road and 'Dub*iQ qtili~~ 'QurRo~~s
, and more particularly describe as follows.
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that parcel of land located
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, state of
California, described as follows:
The Southerly 10 feet of the Northerly 30 feet of
the Westerly 90 feet of the Easterly 481 feet of
the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of
the Southwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 4
South, Range 10 West, S. B. B. & M.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and nO/lOa Dollars ($1000).
