A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHf!IM Aa:SPTING A GRANT DEED CXJNVEYING
TO TIlE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEiNENT FOR ROAD AND PUBJ.I(:l
UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wi tl An easement for road and publi9

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real propertyo
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of FLOBENCE E.. T~YLOR, a

erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of

An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Easterly 30 feet of
that parcel of land located in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, state of California, described
as follows:
The Northerly 127.70 feet of the Easterly 250 feet
(the Westerly line of which is parallel with the
Westerly line of Citron Street) of Lot 39 of Anaheim
Extension, as shown on a map made by William Hamel
in December 1868 and filed in Book 3, Page 163 of
Los Angeles County Maps, and filed for record in the
Office of the County Recorder of said Los Angeles
County, California.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and nO/lOO Dollars ($1000).
