An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Westerly 40 feet of
the Southerly rectangular one and one-half acres
of that parcel of land located in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the West line of Section
14, Town.hip ~ South, Range 11 West, S~B.B.& M.,
South 0015'45 Bast 674.42 feet from the West quar-
ter corner of said Section; thence, North 89036'50"
East 662.84 feet; thence, South 0016' East 337.18
feet; thence, South 89036'40" West 662.84 feet to
a point in the West line of said Section 14; thence,
North 0015'45" West 337.21 feet to the point of
beginning.

of Anaheim, the sum of One and no/100 Dollars ($1000).
