WHEREAS, the City Council of the Ci~ of Anaheim finds
that it is for thebenef~t and best intere~t of ~e City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and pu~cha$e said real property.

An easement for road and pUblic uti~ity pur-
poses over, under and across the Westerly 40
feet of that parcel of land located in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection point of the center
line of Brookhurst Street and the Westerly prolonga-
tion of the Southerly line of Traot No. 2093 aa said
Southerly line is shown on a map filed'in Book 76,
Pages 45 to 48 inclusive of Miscellaneous Maps, in
the office of the County Recorder of said Orange
County; thence, Southerly along said center line
103.59 feet; thence, N. 89040'16" E. 270 feetA thence
N. 0019'44" W. 88.59 feet; thence N. 31017134' W.
17.49 feet; thence, S. 89040116" W, 261 feet more or
less to the point of beginning.
