AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM REPEALING
CERTAIN SECTION AND SUBSECTIONS OF TITLE 18
RELATING TO ZONING.'
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Section 18.04.051 -of the Anaheim Municipal Code
be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
SECTION 2.
That Subsections 18.21.062.030,. 18.22.06.2.030,
18.24.062.020, 18.25.062.030, 18.26.06.2..030, and 18.27.06.2.030
of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same are hereby, re-
pealed.
SECTION 3.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and
the same is hereby, amended by adding new subsections reading as
follows:
18.21.06.2.030. Minimum Floor Area Per Dwelling. The minimum
livable floor area of any one -family dwelling
shall be not less than twelve hundred and
twenty-five (1225) square feet exclusive of
any garage area.
18.22.062.030 Minimum Floor Area Per -Dwelling. The minimum
livable floor area of any one family dwelling
shall be not less than twelve hundred and
twenty-five (1225) square feet exclusive of
any garage area.
18'.24.06.2.020. Minimum Floor Area Per Dwelling. The minimum
livable floor area of any one -family dwelling
shall be not less than twelve hundred and
twenty-five (1225) square feet .exclusive of
any garage area.
18.25.062.030 Minimum Floor Area Per Dwelling. -The minimum
livable ground floor area of any one -family
dwelling shall be not less than seventeen hun-
dred (1700.). square feet. exclusive of any. garage
area.
18.26.062.030. Minimum Floor Area Per Dwelling. The minimum
livable floor area of any one -family dwelling
shall be not less than twelve hundred and
twenty-five (1225 ) square .fee.t exclusive 'of
any.garage area.

18.27.062.030 Minimum Floor Area Per Dwelling. The minimum
livable floor area of any -one -family dwelling
shall be not less than twelve hundred and
twenty-five (1225) square feet exclusive of
any garage area.
SECTION 4. SEVERABILITY.
The City -Council of the City of Anaheim hereby declares
that should any section, paragraph, sentence or word of this chap-
ter of the Code hereby adopted be declared for any reason-to.be
invalid, it -is the intent of the Council that it would have,pass-ed
all other portions of this chapter independent of the elimination
herefrom of any such portion as may be declared invalid.
SECTION 5.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this. or-
dinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen
(15) days after its- adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper
of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said
City,.and thirty (30). days from and after its final passage, it
shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
