AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 7013-P 3 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
Lots 38 and 39 of Eucalyptus Forest Tract, as shown
on a map recorded in Book 5, pages 29 and 30 of Mis-
cellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL, ZONE and that it be changed to and in-
corporated in M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL, ZONE subject to the follow-
ing conditions:
1. That all engineering requirements of the City of
Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, .street.grading and
paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be
complied with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance
with standard plans and specifications on file in the office of
the City Engineer, at the time the property is developed.
2. That the owners of subject property shall install
street lighting on all streets within the area, as required by the
Director of Public Utilities and in accordance with standard plans
and specifications on file in the office of the Director of Public
Utilities, at the time the property is developed.
3. That plans for the development of subject property
shall be submitted to and approved by the Development Review Com-
mittee of the Development Services Department on the basis of com-
patibility -of development, both structurally and architecturally.

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above .set forth,' and said City Zon-
ing Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is
hereby directed to preparea sectional zoning map to be added to
the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordi-
nance and shall cause the same to -be printed once within fifteen
(15) days after its- adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper
of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said
City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it
shall take effect -and be in full force.
