ORDINANCE NO.' 3370
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM REPEALING
SUBSECTION 15.08.0200-02 AND ENACTING A NEW
SUBSECTION 15.08.020..02 IN ITS PLACE RELATING
TO STREET PREMISE NUMBERING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS
'SECTION 1.
That.Subs.ection 15.08.020..02 be,' and the same is hereby,
SECTION 2.
That .a new Subsection 15.08..02.0..02 be, and the same is
hereby, enacted to read as follows.:
"SECTION 15.08..020..02 ' Divisional Lines. 'Divisional
lines,'. as- used in this chapter and shown in the Address
and Street Name Master Plan, shall mean those streets or
other lines which establish the base line for premise
numbering and the directional designation for streets in
the City of Anaheim. 'The streets'which serve as 'divi-
sional lines' -include the following, and no others:
North Anaheim Boulevard northwesterly to La Palma. Avenue,
North Lemon Street northerly of La Palma Avenue, South
Anaheim Boulevard southeasterly to the Anaheim Boulevard-
Haster.Street .overpass of the Santa Ana Freeway, South
Haster Street, We.st-Lincoln Avenue, East Lincoln Avenue
northeasterly to East -Center Street., and East Center
Street northeasterly to State. College Boulevard. East-
erly of State College Boulevard to'the intersection of
the Newport Freeway and the Riverside Freeway, the north -
south divisional line shall -follow a meandering line as
shown on the Address -and Street Name Master Plan. East-
erly of the intersection of the Newport Freeway -and the
Riverside Freeway the north -south divisional line shall
be'Santa Ana Canyon Road."
SECTION 3. SEVERABILITY.
The .City Council of the City. of Anaheim hereby declares
that .should any section, paragraph,.sentence. or word of this chap-
ter of the Code hereby adopted be declared for any reason to be -in-
valid, it is the intent -of the Council that it would have passed
all other portions of this chapter independent of the. elimination
herefrom of any such portion as may be declared invalid.
SECTION 4.
The City Clerk .shall certify to the passage of this ordi-
nance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen
(15) days after its -adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper
of general circulation,.printed, published. and circulated in said
City,.and thirty (30). days from and after its final passage, it
shall take effect -and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me this
