AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAKEI14 AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MU14ICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 71R-219 determining that a change or
changes In the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That parcel of land located in the County of
Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the existing City limit
line of the City of Anaheim, said point being in
the northwest corner of the Tustin-Miraloma No. 3
Annexation to the City of Anaheim certified by
the Secretary of State January 14, 1974; thence
N 40 00' 30" W, 254.43 feet leaving said annexa-
tion boundary to the southeast corner of the
Linda Vista No. 2 Annexation to the City of
Anaheim certified by the Secretary of State
July 23, 1969; thence N 40 00' 30" W, 47.00 along
the easterly line of the last mentioned annexation
boundary to the northeast corner thereof; thence
N 40 00' 30" W, 285.02 feet leaving the last
mentioned easterly line to an intersection with
the north line of the land described in the deed
recorded January 10, 1969 in -Book 8842, pages
681 and 682, Official Records of said Orange County;
-- thence following along the northerly line and the
easterly line of the land described in the last
mentioned deed N 89° 31' 07" E, 765.29 feet; S
000 17' 00" E, 586.26 feet to the southeast
corner of the land described in said deed, said

southeast corner being a point -in the north line
of the aforementioned Tustin-Miraloma No. 3 Annexa-
tion boundary line; thence S 890 35' 27" W, 727.07
feet along the north annexation boundary line to .
the point of beginning.
now is ORANGE COUNTY A10, GENERAL AGRICULTUP.AL DISTRICT, ZONE,
and that it be changed to and incorporated in CITY OF ANAHEIM
R -A, AGRICULTURAL, ZONE.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage it shall take effect and be 'in full -force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 5th day of November , 1974.
