AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAgEIZ! AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 71$-126 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That certain parcel of land located in the County of
Orange, State. of California, described as:
Beginning at a point in the existing City limit line
of the City of Anaheim, as established by the Anaheim
Hills No. 4 Annexation to said City, certified by the
Secretary of State February 16, .1972, said point .of
beginning being a point In the easterly boundary line
of said annexation distant S 330 111 48" W, 717.02
feet from the northeasterly terminus of the line des-
cribed in Course No. 44 in said annexation as S 330
lit 48" W, 2084.38 feet;. thence following along a por-
tion of said easterly annexation boundary line N 330
lit .48" E, 717.02 feet -to an angle point -in said east
line; thence N 1,141.05 feet;- thence leaving said ex-
isting City limit line S 230 151 00.". E. 506.66 feet;
thence S 675.54 feet;.thence S 440 381 37" W, 843.30.
feet .to the point of beginning.
now is County of Orange Al, GENERAL AGRICULTURAL, DISTRICT and that
it be changed to and incorporated in the City of Anaheim R -A, AGRI-
CULTURAL, ZONE.

'.SECTION .2.
t-, The City Zoning Map shall be, and the :same .is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be. excluded from the
zone in which itis now .situated, and incorporated in and made a
part -of the zone .or zones as above set -forth.,' and said . City -Zoning
Map, as amended, is hereby. adopted and the City:Engineer is hereby
directed to prepare 'a sectional zoning map to be. added to the City
Zoning Map showing the .changes: hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certi.fy'to the passage :of this Ordi-
nance and shall cause the same :to be printed, once within fifteen
(15) days after. its- adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper
of, gerieral circulation, printed, published and circulated in said
City, and thirty .(30). days from and after its final passage, it
shall take effect :and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me this
29th day of October 1974.
