AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAgEIt1 AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 65R-660. determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That portion of the West one-half of the
Northwest quarter of Section 4,. Township 4 South,.
Range 9 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian,.in
the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the West line of
said Section 4 with the North line of the land
described in Judgement No. 166434 of the Superior
Court of the State of California in and for said
County of Orange, .said point being in a line
parallel with'the North line of said Section and
Southerly, along said West line, .339.90 feet from
the Northwest corner of said Section 4; thence
Southerly along said West line, 729.08 feet to a
point 1570.84 feet Northerly thereon from the'
Southwest corner of said Northwest quarter; thence
North 870 51' East 1154.72 feet to the Northeast
corner of the land described in Parcel 2 in the
deed to J. Walls and wife recorded November 1,
1928, in book 20.8, .page 421 of Official Records of
said Orange County; thence North 870 51' East 9.81
feet; thence North parallel with said West line,

following conditions: -
1. That -all engineering requirements of the City of
Anaheim, suchas curbs -and gutter.s,.sidewalks, street grading
and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work
shall be complied'with'as- required by the City Engineer and in
accordance with'standard plans and specifications -on file'in
the Office of the City Engineer, at -the time the property is -
developed.
2. That the owners -of subject property shall pay to
the City of Anaheim the sum -of $2.00 per front foot, for street
lighting purposes,- said amount to be paid at the time the
property is developed.
3. That all plans -for development .of the property
shall be submitted to and approved by the Development Review
Committee .on the basis of compatability of development both
structurally and architecturally.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be,, and the same is hereby
amended,.and the property above described shall be'excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above 'set :forth, and said
City Zoning Map as'amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to. be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved -and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk .shall certify to the 'passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the'same to. be printed once within
fifteen (l5-) days after its adoption, .in the Anaheim Bulletin,.
a newspaper of general circulation, :printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (3.0). days from and after its -
final passage it shall take effect and be 'in full force..'
