AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MU14ICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 74R-371 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That parcel of land in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, being a portion of
the Northeast quarter of Section 1, Township 4
South, Range 9 West, S.B.B. & M., as -shown on a
map filed in Book 18, page 46 of Record of Surveys,
in the office 'of the County Recorder of said Orange
County, described as follows:
Beginning in the northwest corner of that 10.937
acre parcel as shown on a map of said Record of
Survey; thence S 280 42' 50" E along the westerly
boundary line of said parcel 1008 feet to the point
of intersection with'the northerly right of way
line of the Santa Ana Canyon Road; thence Northeast-
erly along the said northerly right of way line of
the Santa Ana Canyon Road 400 feet to the point of
intersection with a line that bears S 00 55' W,.
372.39 feet; thence along said line N 00 55' E,,
372..39 feet; thence N 280 49' 30" W, ,627.82 feet;
thence S 460 54' 30" W,.66 feet; thence S 730 53'
' 14" W,.474 feet to the point of beginning.

now -is County of Orange Al (General Agricultural District
Zone) and that -it be.changed to and incorporated in City of
Anaheim R -A (Agricultural Zone)' unconditionally.
'SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be,. and the same'is'hereby
amended,.and the property above described shall- be excluded from
the'zone'in which it is now.situated, and incorporated in and
made 'a part of -the zone or zoned -as .above 'set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended -is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby. directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be. added
to the City Zoning Map showing the chancres hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City- Clerk 'shall certify, to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the'same to: be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its, -adoption; .in the'. Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general -circulation, printed,, -published and cir-
culated in said City,z .and - thirty (3.0). days from and after its
final passage .it shall take effect .and be 'in full -force..
