3333ORDINANCE NO. 3333 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 65R-660, as amended determining that a change or changes the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des- cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: PARCEL 1: Beginning at a point on the Westerly line of the third class land allotted to F. Yorba in the decree of partition rendered February 3, 1874, by the District Court of the 17th Judicial District, Case No. 1978, said point being 30 feet West of the Northwest corner of Block "B" of Yorba, as per map thereof recorded in book 31,•pages 59 and 60'of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California; running thence South 82° 16' 20" East along the Northerly line of said Block "B", 718.19 feet; thence South 30 41' 57" West 1509.85 feet to a point, said point being the true point of beginning of the property herein- after described; running thence South 30 41' 57" West 396.14 feet to a point in the Southerly line of -that certain parcel of land conveyed to Charles 0. Goodwin by deed recorded in book 346, page 29 of Deeds; thence North 81° 10' 20" West along said Southerly line, 552.13 feet to the Southwest corner of said parcel.of land conveyed to said Charles 0. Goodwin; thence North 0° 36' 50" West along the Westerly line of said parcel of land conveyed to Charles 0. Goodwin, 388.94 feet to a point 1824.75 feet South 0° 36' 50" East from the point of beginning; thence South 82° 16' 20" East 580.30 feet to the true point of beginning. -1- 65-66-24(17) PARCEL 2: Beginning at a point on the West line of the third class land allotted to F. Yorba in the decree of partition rendered February 3, 1874, by the District Court of the 17th Judicial District, Case No. 1978, said point being 30 feet West of the Northwest corner of Block "B" of Yorba, as per map thereof recorded in book 31, -pages 59 and 60 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California; running thence South 82° 16 20" East along the Northerly line of said Block "B",.718.19 feet; thence South 3° 41', 57" West 1809.85 feet to a point, said point being the true point of beginning of the property hereinafter described, and running thence South 3 41' 57" West 396.14 feet to a point on the Southerly line of that certain parcel of land conveyed to Charles 0. Goodwin by deed recorded in book 346, page 29 of Deeds; thence South 81° 10' 20" East along said Southerly line of said parcel of land conveyed to said Charles 0. Goodwin, 505.82 feet; thence continuing along said Southerly line Sourth 760 40' 20" East 52.24 feet to the Southeasterly corner of said parcel of land; thence North 80 03' 40" East along the Easterly line of said parcel of land, 410.55 feet to a point 1454.81 feet South 80 03' 40" West and 60 feet South 820 16' 20" East of the Southeast corner of Lot 1 in Block "D" of said Yorba; thence North 82° 16' 20" West 588.15 feet to the true point of beginning. Reserving unto the grantor herein, their heirs, successors and assigns, all oil, gas, minerals, and other hydrocarbon substances lying below a depth of 500 feet from the surface of said land, but without the right of entry upon any portion of the surface above a depth of 500 feet, to take, market, mine, explore or drill for same. now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions: 1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer, and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer, at the time the property is developed. 2. That the owners of the property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the property is developed. -2- SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City ZotUag- Map showing ;the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The -'City Clerk shall certify -to .the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) . days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, -and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
