3330ORDINANCE NO. 3330 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 72R-143 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des- cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title -18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: That portion of the Southeast quarter (SE/4) of the Northwest quarter (NW/4) of Section Twenty-four (24), Township Four (4) South, Range Ten (10) West, S.B.B. & M., described as follows: Beginning at a point in the North line of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of said Section 24, which said point is distant, Easterly, measured along said North line, 298.42 feet from the Northwest corner of said Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 24 and running thence from said point of begin- ning Southerly parallel with the West line of the said Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of said Sec- tion 24, 1290.06 feet to an intersection with the center .line of the Right of Way of the Southern Pacific Rail- road; thence Northeasterly along the center line of said Railroad, 326.05 feet; thence Northerly, parallel with the West line of said Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of said Section 24, 1211.57 feet to the North line of said Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter; thence Westerly 319.96 feet to the point of beginning. -1- 71-72-36 EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion occupied by the right of way of the Southern Pacific Railroad. now is County of Orange A-1, AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT, and that it be changed to and incorporated in the City of Anaheim, M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, subject to the following conditions: 1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file with the office of the Director of Public Works. 2. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire Department. 3. That all air conditioning facilities shall be properly shielded from view. 4. That subject property shall be served by underground utilities. 5. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed of in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer. 6. That these reclassification proceedings are granted subject to completion of annexation of subject property to the City of Anaheim. 7. That Conditions Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final building and zoning inspections. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu- lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
