AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 70R-420 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
Beginning at a point on the West line of the Third Class
Land allotted to F. Yorba in the decree of partition
rendered February 3, 18743 by the District Court of
the 17th Judicial District, Case No. 1978, said point
being 30 feet West of the Northwest corner of Block
t1B11 of Yorba, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 31,
Pages 59 and 60 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles
County, California, running thence South 820 161 2011
East along the Northerly line of said Block "B" 718.19
feet; thence South 30 411 57" West 360.89 feet to a
point; said point being the true point of beginning
of the property hereinafter described, and running thence
South 30 411 5711 West 345.16 feet; thence South 820
161 2011 East 672.06 feet to a point on the Easterly
line of that certain parcel of land conveyed to Charles
0. Goodwin, by deed recorded in Book 346, Page 29 of
Deeds, records of Orange County, California; thence
North 8° 031 4011 East along said Easterly line, 343.68
feet to a point 10 feet South 80 03, 4011 East and 60
feet South 820 161 20t1 East of the Southeast corner
of Lot 1 in Block I'D" of said Yorba; thence North 820
161 2011 West 698.31 feet to the true point of beginning.

recorded in Book'31,-pages 59'and 60 of Miscellaneous
Records of Los Angeles County, California; running

of said Block "B", 718.19 feet; thence South 30 41'
57" West 706.05 feet to a point; said point being the
true point of beginning of the property hereinafter
described; thence South 30 41' 57" West 359.90 feet;
thence South 820 16' 20" East 644.70 feet to a point
on the Easterly line of that certain parcel of land
conveyed to Charles 0. Goodwin by Deed recorded December
22 1919 in Book 346, page .29 of Deeds; thence North
80 03' 40" East -along said Easterly line, 359.03 feet
to a point 353.68 feet South 80 03' 40" West and 60
feet South 820 16' 20" East of the Southeast corner
of Lot 1 in Block "D" of said Yorba; thence North 820
16' 20" West 672.06 feet to the true point of beginning.
now is COUNTY OF ORANGE M-1, 10,.00.0, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT
and CITY OF ANAHEIM R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed
to and incorporated in CITY OF ANAHEIM, M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE,
upon the following conditions:
1. That all engineering requirements of the City of
Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street
grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other
appurtenant work shall be complied with as required
by the City Engineer, and in accordance with standard
plans and specifications on file 'in the office of the
City Engineer, at the time the property is developed.
2. That the owner of subject properties shall install
street .lighting on all streets within the area, as
required by the Director of Public Utilities and in
accordance with -standard plans and specifications on
file in the office of the Director of Public Utilities,
at the time the property is developed.
3. That plans for the development of subject property
shall be submitted to and approved by the Development
Review Committee of the Development Services Depart-
ment, on the basis of compatibility of development,
both structurally and architecturally.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engin-
eer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be
added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved
and adopted.

SECTION 3.
The City -Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same .to be -printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30). days -from and after
its final passage, it shall take effect and be'in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
