_ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
CHAPTER 1.05, SECTION 1.05.080 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO DISCRIMINATION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY -OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION lk.
That Section 1.05..08.0 of.the Anaheim Municipal Code
be, and the same_is.-herebyr amended.to read 4s follows:
111 05.080 DISCRIMINATION. There shall be'no discrimination
against any person .seeking.employment or against
any employee'in the alassified'service-because
of any -considerations of race, colon national
origin, religious or political affiliation or
belief, membership in or attitude toward any
employee organization, sex -or age, except where
sex or age is a bona fide occupational qualifi-
cation."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage dk'this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (.15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation{ printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
