AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MU141CIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 68-R--713 determining that a change or
changes In the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE -CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes -
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
PARCEL 1:
Lots -117, 118-,,.149, .150 and the East half of
Lots 116 and 151 of the Eucalyptus Forest Tract,
as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 5,
pages 29 and 30, Miscellaneous Maps, records
of said Orange County;
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the North 200 feet of the
East half of Lot 116 and the West 74 feet of
North '200 feet of Lot 117.
PARCEL 2:
Commencing at .the Southeasterly corner of Lot
149 of the Eucalyptus Forest Tract, .as shown on
a map thereof recorded in book 5, pages 29 and
30, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County; thence Westerly along the Northerly line
of Santa Ana Street, as shown on said map to the
Southwesterly corner of the East half of Lot 151
of said tract; thence at right angles Southerly
20 feet -to the center line of said Santa Ana
Street; thence Easterly along the center line of
said street, .330 .feet; thence Northerly at :right
angles 20 feet to the point of beginning, as
abandoned by order of the Board of Supervisors
of said Orange Countx.

now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that It be
changed to. and incorporated in M -1, -LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE,
upon the following conditions: -
1. That all engineering requirements -of -the City of
Anaheim, such as curbs -and gutters, .sidewalks,
street -grading and paving, drainage .facilities,.
or other appurtenant work,.shall be .complied
with as required by the City Engineer and in
accordance with standard plans and specifica-
tions on file in the Office of the City. Engineer,
at the time the property is developed..
2. That the owners of subject property shall pay to
the City. of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front
foot, -for street lighting purposes, said amount
to be paid at thetime the property is developed.
3. That .plans for the development of subject property.
shall be submitted to and approved by the Architec-
tural -Control Committee .an the basis of compatibil-
ity of development, both -'structurally and
architecturally.
4. That -trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans -on file in the
Office of the Director of Public Works -and
Superintendent of Streets.
SECTION 2..
The City Zoning Map shall -bet and the same is hereby
amended, and the property abovedescribed shall be excluded from
the zone in which'.it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone .or zones 'as above 'set forth,. ,and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare .a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk'shall- certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after. its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty. (30) days from and after its
final passage it shall take effect -and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING -ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
