^ AN ORDINANCE .OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 14, CHAPTER 14..40,. SECTIONS 14-.40...065
AND 14..40.07,0 .OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE,.
RELATING TO SPEED LIMITS.
THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES. ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. '
That .Title 14, Chapter 14:40,. Section 14.40.065
of the Anaheim Municipal Code be amended by adding Paragraph
19 to read as -follows:
14.40.065 FORTY MILES PER HOUR -- STREETS.
"19. NOHL RANCH ROAD, .from Imperial Highway to -
Fernhill Lane."
SECTION 2.
That .Title 14, Chapter 140'.40,. Section 14.40..070 .
of the Anaheim -Municipal Code be amended by deleting there-
from Paragraph 10 .thereof, which reads `as follows:
14.40..070 FORTY-FIVE MILES PER HOUR -- STREETS
"10... NOHL RANCH ROAD, between Nohl Canyon Road and
Royal Oak Road."
SECTION 3.
. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the .same to be published once with-.
in fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and immediately upon and after its
passage'it shall take effect and be in full force..
